1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Please refer to product-specific details on the item page.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

     1) Standard Shipping (Domestic): 7-15 business days

     2) International Shipping: 10-18 business days (varies by location)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or external events.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over Rs2500. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed or you haven’t received it within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer care team at contact with your order number.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Sakshi Narula is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
